Airbags SRS
	Front (driver and passenger), side (front) and full-length curtain (front and rear) airbags offer excellent passive safety protection for all accupants, Forming part of the CX-7’s Supplementary Restraint System (SRS) the airbags combine with the latest seat belt safety technology to properly restraint occupants during a collision.
	Braking System
	Large disc brakes are equipped with all the latest braking technologies including ABS, Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Emergency Brake Assist (EBA). Optimal braking effort is applied to each wheel in response to driving conditions and vehicle load, ensuring CX-7 stops when needed.
	Dynamic Stability Control (DSC)
	CX-7 is equipped with one of the advanced proven safety technologies, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) combines with a Traction Control System (TCS) to prevent excessive understeer or oversteer by adjusting the braking force and torque delivered to individual wheels. It ensures you stick to your desired line in even the most severe conditions.
	MAIDAS
	Mazda’s Advanced Impact Distribution and Absorption System (MAIDAS) is designed to maintain the integrity of the occupant cell in the event of a collision, thereby reducing the risk of serious injury. The body architecture features a ‘Triple H’ structure that disperses impact energy, a front and rear frame that maximise impact absorption and ultra strong beams that protect against side impacts.
	Reversing Camera
	All CX-7‘s features a 4.1-inch full colour LCD display connected to a reversing camera so parking and checking for obstacles while reversing is easy. Featuring a wide angle view for optimal rear vision, the camera is automatically activated when reverse gear is selected. Every SUV should have one!
	Seat Belts
	CX-7’s Supplementary Restraint System (SRS) combines seatbelts with airbags to effectively restrain and protect occupants. Front seat belts feature pretensioners and load-limiters designed to ensure the optimal level of restraint is applied to the occupants chest during a collison. All seat belts are 3-point lap-sash type with Emergency Locking Retractors (ELR) while rear outboard seats also feature Automatic Locking System Retractors (ALR) for use when installing child seats.
